Return and Exchange Policies

Return and replacement period:

Within 24 hours of the date and time of shipment receipt (terms and conditions apply).

Exclusive cases of retrieval:

  1. That the piece has a factory defect.
  2. If the item does not match the purchased item (the error is caused by the site).
  3. If the size does not match the desired size (the error is caused by the site).
  • In the event that the customer requests the item to be returned for one of the stated reasons above (in cases of return), the customer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount after making sure that the conditions for accepting the return are met. The return process will be within 7 working days upon item received.
  • Other than the cases described above, the customer is not entitled to return the purchased item(s).

Exclusive replacement cases:

  1. That the piece has a factory defect.
  2. If the item does not match the purchased item (the error is caused by the site).
  3. If the size does not match the required size (the error is due to the site or the customer’s error in choosing the correct size).

-      In the event of a size error resulting from an oversight by the customer, the customer has the right to request that the piece is replaced to the correct size for only once and the customer will bear the following costs:

  • Re-schedule for shipping and insurance costs.
  • The price resulting from the weight differences or gold weight increase (for the part replaced), or the difference in the price of gold.

(If the gold weight difference is in the customer’s favor, the customer is given a coupon with the gold of difference value)

-      Other than the cases described above, the customer is not entitled to replace the purchased item(s).

Conditions for accepting returns and exchanges:

  1. The item is in its original condition at the time of purchase and that it does not show any sign of use.
  2. The Elastic label on the item is still attached.
  3. The original invoice must be submitted upon request for refund/replacement.
  4. That the request for refund/replacement is within the specified period of return/replacement.
  • In the event that one of the conditions for accepting the return/replacement is not met after we received the item, the site has the right to reject the request and resend it to the customer after the customer has paid all shipping and insurance costs.
